The batch of lifeboat engines has been delivered to Russia by the official distributor
The company has successfully passed the audit for compliance with Scania DOS (Dealer Operating Standard). The certificate for compliance with DOS extended until 2017 inclusive.
DOS standard contains requirements that are binding for companies engaged in Scania engines sale and service. The standard regulates the core business processes for sale and service of engines, regulations on the number of spare parts and tools, training program for staff of the dealer.
Along with audits for compliance with Scania DOS, SPB Marine Company regularly audited for compliance with the DNV ISO 9001 and for compliance with RS (Russian Maritime Register of Shipping) requirements for organizations engaged in repair of engines and auxiliary machinery.
